If you are a participant of an employer who has a relationship with Siebert, you may open your Siebert Account and manage many other account features.

Share plan account basics

Account login

Online ID: Enter the Online ID given to you during the online application process. Once you've logged in for the first time you can change your Online ID to a more custom one moving forward.

Password: Enter the temporary password you received in email after you completed your online application process. Once you've logged in for the first time you can change your password to a more custom one.

Once you receive your user ID and temporary password, please log into your Siebert account to create your new password. Please note your temporary password will expire within 24 hours of receipt.

Account activation

Go through the Account Usage Terms and SEC Requirements. Please review, fill out the required information, and click on "I agree" to proceed.

Trading stock

and navigate to the menu Employee Stock Plan. From there you can view your grants and electronically request to exercise your vested shares.

Enrolling in your ESPP

There are several ways you can enroll in your ESPP Plan. Your employer will provide the instructions. If you are instructed to enroll here directly, follow these instructions.

and navigate to the menu Employee Stock Plan tab in the new window that opens. From that page click on "enroll" if you are eligible to enroll in your ESPP, and then select the percentage for deduction. Click "submit" to complete your selection.
